1. Overview
The flowmeter is also called flow sight glass, flow indicator, and fluid indicator. It can indicate the current instantaneous flow rate. It is suitable for industrial production pipelines such as petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, medicine, food, power plant, pump, metallurgical equipment, etc. It can observe the flow reaction of liquid, gas, steam and other media at any time. It is one of the indispensable pipeline accessories to ensure normal production and product quality.
2. Working principle
The flowmeter consists of a sight glass, a nozzle, a flap, a dial, etc. The process connection can be selected in the form of thread, flange, clamp, etc. The flowmeter can measure the flow of liquid, gas, and steam. The flap rotates at different angles according to the size of the pipeline flow. The angle of the flap rotation is proportional to the flow size. The scale flow corresponding to the flap is the current actual flow of the pipeline. The rotating plate type flowmeter can only measure the flow in a single direction, but the flow measurement is not affected by the installation direction. Flow measurement accuracy ±5%
